T O P I C R E V I E WbananazWhat happened when Pluto transited your descendant? One of my good friends is a Cancer ASC and her husband of 7 yrs out of the blue decided he wants a divorce. I'm hoping divorce & death isn't the only outcome. My husband is a later degree Cancer Asc and we've already experienced too much death and loss these last few years to last a life time. Hoping to hear more positive outcomes from this transit. RandallBump!Hon SoloThis Pluto transit just hit my Descendant a couple of weeks ago, exactly when it started going retrograde. The next time will be when Pluto is in full forward motion I think towards the end of January next year. I hope I'm wiser then.I don't know, though, I think I'm kind of giving up on the little hope I had shimmering regarding my long term crush. I think I know better when I'm over this period, as right now there are other factors (= transits) that make me feel crap.I'm interested in other people's views and experiences of this as well. SccsIt's coming!9 degress away now, I wonder what the effect will be..ChiemiI'm a Cancer Ascendant and mine is at 15'54 degrees so Pluto is currently in my 7th and conjunct my DSC by less than 2 degrees. I honestly haven't noticed much in the dating area though.GrachaI'm cancer ascendant 24 degrees and i've had about six relatives die within last four years. My aunt who was like a second mom died two months ago. Everything has been rough. I'm not married but my romantic life has begun to stabilize lately. I'm still waiting for pluto to hit my descendant, hopefully it means a marriage happening, i'll be mid 30s by than.ReachingForTheStarsThis happened in 2002/2003 for me. My natal Pluto is in my 5th house of children. It's said that planets in your 5th house is descriptive of your children. When tPluto was in an applying conjunction to my descendant (2 degrees), I had my first baby, a boy! His moon is also there in conjunct aspect. This was a pretty transformative development within my marriage. We were young adults and the adjustment was difficult. A year later, when tPluto was exactly on my DSC, my husband cheated on me for the first time. Sorry I don't have better news and actually, it just gets worse. In 2014, we went through a trial separation when Jupiter was opposite Pluto on my nodal axis. Pluto had just moved out of conjunction with my moon. My progressed ASC is currently @ 17 Cancer. My husbands rising is 19 Cancer. tSaturn is moving retro off my DSC. I'm am so tired of this sham of a marriage. We've been through many indiscretions on his part, and I'm just sick of him and his impulsive Aries moon. I've come to so many unpleasant realizations this past few years and this unhealthy dynamic between us just has to stop. He is so manipulative and underhanded. It's like he tries to circumvent everything I do. An end has been culminating for a long time... Too long. It's time for this marriage to end and I am finally sure enough about it that I've initiated steps to end it.Next month will be our 15th anniversary. I've read that tSaturn on my descendant is representative of a culmination of something that began about 14 years ago, so maybe it's just a combination of different aspects and not tPluto alone. My husband has a Scorpio Venus conjunct my vertex and Scorpio descendant ruler. Maybe my relationships are just more sensitive to Pluto transits. Plus, my moon is on the cusp of my 8th house and my SN is in there. Whatever conjuncts my DSC also opposes my sun, so that's something else to consider. Have a better look at your charts to see how the energy may play out.Hope you fare better. It may not be the same for you. **PLEASE DONT QUOTE THIS**Hon SoloI'm sorry to hear that, ReachingForTheStars. Is there a way out for you from that situation? It is supposedly an important transit, romantic-wise. For me, as I've been hit by other tough and introspective transits recently*, I feel like if something happens romance-wise, it comes out of the blue. I don't see it happening , unfortunately. I should start believing I guess! There's an older thread of this: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/221038.html (*Just a bunch of...)bananazThank you for your responses everyone. @Reaching I'm so sorry you're going through that. I hope things get better.@Hon Solo Thanks for posting the other thread. So far it seems like T Pluto conjunct Desc is mostly painful and destructive. For the better? Possibly. But when is enough enough? FaithWhen transiting Pluto crossed my husband's DSC a few years ago we were in a marriage crisis. It's still in his 7H, but we're okay now. I mean we always have ups and downs but recently it's all good.
